  • Threaded micro adjustment at each piston
• Filling nozzles:
  • Diameter: 0.1875 inches
  • Mechanically driven
  • Centers: 1.5 inches
• Pistons, valve block, fill nozzles and product feed line housed in stainless steel heated box with hinged see through font cover
• Electric heater and recirculating blower
• Product feed line has inlet and outlet for continuous source of material from heated process
• Discharge tunnel: equipped with ceramic heaters & recirculating fans to smooth filling imperfections
• Includes variety of indexing wheels and miscellaneous parts
