This system is intended for high volume applications where one person is operating the unit. Product is fed in through the front and product returns to the front. The ability to pre-dust and coat or use two entirely different coatings within the same station will help reduce and optimize food and ingredient costs.
Food items are conveyed and submerged in a liquid, or batter of most any viscosity, then dropped onto a breading conveyor that evenly coats the product
Breading conveyor sifts and returns breading automatically
Usable belt width is 6 inches
Batter belt operates at 18 feet per minute
Breader belt operates at 30 feet per minute
Batter capacity is 6 quarts per side
Breading section holds 8 to 12 pounds per side, depending on breading density
