INSULATION: 1-1/2 inch thick fiberglass insulation with T-304 S.S. flat
bottom sheath extending to top of straight side
CONNECTIONS: (1) 18 inch swing bolted manway with lift assist, (1) 1-1/2 inch
tri-clamp ferrule with pressure/vacuum gauge, and (1) 2 inch
tri-clamp ferrule with manual relief valve. Down piping is
not included. (1) 1-1/2 inch tri-clamp ferrule with pressure
relief valve. Down piping is not included. (3) 3 inch tri-clamp
ferrules (connections only)
THERMOMETER: 100 ohm RTD probe-type sensor near outlet.

AGITATION: Stationary Lee #9M full-extended, double-motion agitator
fabricated of T-316 S.S./T-316-L S.S. with UHMW shovel-style scraper blades. Outer frame powered by a 20 H.P.,
230/460 volt, 60 cycle, 3 phase, T.E.F.C. gearhead motor
giving agitator speed of 21 RPM. Inner, turbine-style
agitator powered by a 20 H.P., 230/460 volt, 60 cycle,
3 phase, T.E.F.C. gearhead motor giving turbine agitator
speed of 43 RPM. (2) 48 inch dia. four-bladed flat pitched
turbines. Inverter-duty and washdown-duty motors are
painted with S.S. gray USDA paint and include food grade
lubricants. T-304 S.S. channel bridge. Agitator is USDA
approved. Maximum product viscosity: 100,000 CPS.
Agitator is equipped with a sanitary mechanical seal shaft
seal
OUTLET: Lee 3" manual, flush-bottom ball valve outlet with sanitary
ferrule (tri-clamp), polished I.D. and O.D. Includes valve
extension handle
