Equipment Description
Used Urschel Comitrol 1700 Centrifugal Slicer with:
- Application: used to breakdown food products to create a multitude of products, such as: nut butters, pastes and extruded products, biscuits and cookies, nuts, fruit pulp, various spices, corn masa, hard cheeses, and a variety of gels, ointments, and creams
- Maximum input product, in general, should not exceed 2.5 inches for 3 inch cutting heads, 3/8 inches to a slurry for microcut heads, and 1/4 to 1/2 inches in any dimension for slicing heads
- Different product slicing dimensions may require OEM change parts
- Currently fitted with a slicing head
- 15 horsepower motor
- Sealed enclosure
- Continuous operation for uninterrupted production
- Simplified design for easy cleaning and maintenance
- Infeed height: 7 feet
- Discharge height: 32 inches
- Infeed dimensions: 9 inches wide x 3.75 inches tall
