Equipment Description
Used SIG Doboy Tri-Seal Carton Closer with:
- Front flap is glued and sealed first, then the carton is rotated 90 degrees and then the end flaps are glued and sealed
- Can maintain precise alignment and constant positive control of each carton
- A vacuum grip system holds cartons as they are rotated
- Vacuum grip dimensions: 6.75 inches wide x 4.5 inches long
- Nordson hot melt glue unit
- Nordson Eclipse series glue pattern controller
- Output: approximately 150 cartons per minute, depending on carton dimensions
- Indicator light tree
- Stainless steel construction
- Easy open personnel guarding doors with safety interlocks
- Right-to-left product flow
