Used Sellers X-Series 60HP-77COM Steam Boiler with:
- Horizontal single pass fire tube boiler
- Immersion fired
- 150 psi working pressure
- Currently jetted for LP gas
- Natural gas orifices will be supplied with the unit
- Boiler feed system: utilizes the direct injection of live stream into stored water to pre-heat the boiler feed water, both reducing dissolved oxygen by up to 90% (diminishing wear on the boiler) while otherwise increasing boiler efficiency
