Used PS Mako DBV 400 Heat Seal Bag Sealer with:

• Closes prefabricated, filled plastic bags by welding closure
• Suitable for manual feed
• Format range:

  • For technical reasons these maximum dimensions cannot be combined with each other without restriction

• Infeed conveyor for supply of packages: approximately 1500 millimeters (59.1 inches) long, driven by AC-gearmotor, frequency controlled
• Side gusseting unit for the insertion of bottom gussets in the package, pneumatically driven (unit can be switched off for flat seam welding)
• Unit for pulse controlled welding of the bag opening, pneumatically driven
• Blade for cutting off the bag trimmings, pneumatically driven
• Residues extractor for the cut bag trims, including residues container
• Outfeed conveyor for discharge of the closed packages: approximately 950 millimeters (37.4 inches), driven by AC-gearmotor, frequency controlled
• Operation: the filled bags are placed on the sequenced infeed conveyor, which transport them into the machine, at the sealing station the bag lip is held up by vacuum rails in order to achieve accurate side gussets. Then the bag is automatically sealed with a cut weld in pulse weld. The cut off bag trims are evacuated by a vacuum system and collected in a container. The finished packages are transported out of the machine through the discharge conveyor
