Used Klockner IM 7-14 Horizontal Pouch Form Fill Seal with:

• Pouch material is fed from the web roll through the plow section to form either a fin or gusset pouch. After folding to the correct orientation, the pouch is bottom and side sealed. The pouch is then secured in the transport pouch clamp, and the pouches are cut to the proper width in the center of the side seal area. The pouch is then indexed, filled and sealed in individual operations. After leaving the top seal assembly, the pouch is removed by a vacuum pickoff assembly and oriented for exit.
• Minimum pouch dimensions: 2 inches wide x 2 inches tall
• Maximum pouch dimensions: 4.75 inches wide x 9.5 inches tall
• Gussets up to 2 inch maximum thicknesses
• Runs up to 100 pouches per minute for single pouches (depending on fill characteristics of product)
