Equipment Description
Used Combi RS2000 Random Case Sealer with:
- Fully automatic case sealer that allows different size case at each stage of the sealing process at speeds up to 20 cartons per minute
- Allen Bradley PLC analyzes sensor input and controls sequence and timing for 3-stage operation of indexing, folding and sealing and controls function of each stage allowing for high speed production Photo eye sensor detects start and end of the case so the PLC knows the exact case position
- Minimum case size: 10 inches long x 8 inches wide x 6 inches high
- Maximum case size: 24 inches long x 16 inches wide x 16 inches high
- Light sensors for detecting case height
- Lug drive for precise case conveying
- Electric control panel with main disconnect switch can be mounted on either side for fast access and convenient line configuration
- Air consumption: 80 PSI clean, dry air, consumes approximately 4 cfm
