Used Bottle Wash Line Including Heat Exchanger:
- Feldmeier double tube heat exchanger
- Stainless steel
- To heat 30-40GPM of Product from 80 deg. F to 185 deg. F using 80GPM 190 deg. F water, trim cool to 180 deg. F using return hot water, and rerun cool to 80 deg. F using 80GPM 80 deg. F tower water.
- Instrumentation including sanitary RTD's, temperature transmitters, level probe, sanitary stop valves, sanitary Divert valve
- Centrifugal recovery pump
- Positive displacement pump
- Statco Model 3A654 U2 shell and tube hot water set
- Cooling tunnel is 25ft. long x 6ft. 2in. wide, spaced on 7in. centers including 10 rows of nozzels
